Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the size, weight, item type and destination of your package and you will be informed of the shipping cost before choosing to finalize your purchase. We endeavor, but do not guarantee, to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

For International orders outside of the USA and Canada, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery as external factors beyond our control may cause delays. For shipments within the USA and Canada, standard (7-10 day) delivery applies. Please note that delivery to Post Office Boxes is not available.

Payment
Customer payments can be made using any of the secure options available at checkout. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. You confirm that the credit / debit card that is being used is yours. All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Odyssey, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Security
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, the Odyssey Store uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out more about the SSL digital certificate registration. Odyssey will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Odyssey Store order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a refund or exchange.

To process a refund or exchange, we must first issue you a return authorization number, which you must acquire within 7 days of receipt of your order by e-mailing returns@odysseyshow.com. Upon e-mailing, please describe the reason for your return. Once the return order has been authorized and you have received your Authorization Number (AN), you must display the AN on or inside the parcel being returned. Also, please be sure to enclose a copy of the packing slip sent with original order.

We require that all goods are shipped to us within 14 days of the date of your request for an Authorization Number. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Odyssey.

Customer Exchanges
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Items received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Odyssey will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us at support@odysseyshow.com the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 2 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Receiving a Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes, excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Seller cannot guarantee variations in color, shade, size and construction of stock merchandise. Seller hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. All such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded from any and all transactions between customer and seller and shall not apply to the merchandise sold by seller.

Limitation on Liability
Customer acknowledges that seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages), or personal injuries or death resulting from use or sale of the seller's merchandise.

Odyssey expressly disclaims any duty to update or revise the materials on this website, although Odyssey may modify the materials at any time without notice. By your use of this website, you acknowledge that your use is at your sole risk and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this website. You further acknowledge that Odyssey shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this website.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Odyssey harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the website.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of California.
